These are for quick emergency calls, morale boosts, or for when you have one specific problem you really want to chat with Gen about over the phone.

Please note in 30 mins there is only time for one specific issue, this is good for a check in following an initial appointment or a plan for a specific issue. For bigger / more complex issues it's better to book a one on one.

Hi Gen, Just wanted to say how great your help with independent play was yesterday. Even with just one night of confidently setting boundaries we had this in the morning!” Emmy played blocks while I breastfed the baby. Which is a huge breakthrough.
